October Women’s circle - Hand reflexology & relaxation

A place where women can come together and support each other emotionally, spiritually and mentally. Imagine a space where you can make friends, be vulnerable, learn, heal and grow 🙏 As we move into October and the evenings become darker, I wanted to create an evening centred around slowing down, nurturing ourselves and learning something we can take away and use in our everyday lives 🤍 This month, I’m delighted to welcome Maura from The foot soledier a wonderful reflexologist. She will be showing us some simple hand reflexology techniques to help encourage relaxation and relieve everyday stress and tension. It will be a lovely, interactive session where you’ll have the opportunity to learn the techniques and then practise them for yourself, as well as with each other. There’s something lovely about having simple tools we can reach for when life feels busy. Our hands are always with us, and learning how to use them in this way can be a beautiful little act of self-care. Alongside the reflexology, there will be our usual time to pause, breathe and reconnect, with space for relaxation, conversation and connection with other women.
