Join us for a relaxing day of Sound Baths, Qigong, Wellbeing Talks & Relaxation. Designed to nourish your Mind, Body and Soul. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, feel more balanced, or simply take some much needed you time, then this event is for you! Experience total relaxation from guided meditation to still your mind, gentle Qigong exercise for full body relaxation, and a soundbath where you can lay back, switch off and listen to the beautiful sounds of the hand pan, soundbowls, flute and chimes. There will also be wellbeing talks and activities throughout the day as well as time to relax and connect with likeminded people.
