A powerful guided practice to bless the Earth with loving-kindness, creating feelings of deep, inner peace, wellbeing & stress relief. Relax ~ Reconnect ~ Restore This is a seated meditation. We will begin with a short talk to introduce practical and spiritual techniques and ancient wisdom for modern living. Followed by a guided meditation, facilitated by Suzanne White. The session will begin promptly at 7:00pm. Parking is available on the street. Venue: The White House, 88 Promenade, Southport, PR9 0JN Booking is required.
