Free sessions for parents to learn soothing infant massage techniques and gaining support at the Little Pips sessions. Infant Massage: Mondays commencing 2nd November to 30th November 1230hrs - 1400hrs. • Babies from five weeks to crawling stage. • 5 spots available - five week course Specialist instructor will guide you as you discover how simple movements of touch and connection can nuture your baby's emotional wellbeing and strengthen your confidence as a parent. You will learn gentle techniques that can help you to: • Sooth and calm your baby • Ease digestion and colic • Support better sleep patterns • Deepen your connection and understaning of your baby's cues. • Promote healthy brain and emotional development in the first 1001 days. Little Pips Peer Support Group: Mondays commences 2nd November to 30th November 1000hrs - 1130hrs. • 5 spots available • 5 week course • From newborn to 2 years old Although this is a follow on course from the Infant Massage course, they also welcome those that have not completed it, but wish to come to play, learn and make new friends. Topics are chosen together with the participants depending on the stage of development of the babies attending. Each week there is a different theme and there are many to choose from. Some examples are: • Babies and play, • Language and speech development, • My baby's growing brain, • Digital Presence in Care giving (babies and screens), • Weaning and introducing solids, • Baby and family relationships, parents and well-being, • Babies in bilingual families.
