Ready to strengthen your core and find your balance? Join our group mat Pilates classdesigned for beginner to intermediate levels. It’s all about moving your body, feeling good, and having fun in a relaxed, friendly setting. This is an in-person event, so roll out your mat and get ready to connect with yourself and others. PLEASE NOTE: I am not currently taking on pregnant clients, as I have not yet completed my prenatal specialsed training. Thank you for your understanding. *REFUND POLICY* refunds are not available however, if you cancel the class within 24 hours (by contacting Jessica) you will receive a class credit to book onto a future class. Cancellations made outside of the 24 hour period will not qualify for class credit.
