No pressure, no expectations — just a fantastic mix of activities, fresh sea air and plenty of smiles along the way! 🌊 What to Expect 🥊 Beach Boxercise We’ll kick things off with a fun and energising Boxercise session on the beach. Enjoy the fresh coastal air as we get moving with a mix of boxing-inspired exercises, laughter and encouragement. Suitable for all abilities, with no previous experience needed. It’s all about having fun, getting involved and starting the day feeling great! 🔥 Traditional Finnish Sauna & Guided Ritual Next, it’s time to unwind with a traditional Finnish sauna experience at Saltwater Sauna House in Boscombe. Enjoy the warmth of the sauna, a guided sauna ritual and the opportunity to experience the refreshing contrast of an optional sea dip. Whether you choose to take the plunge or simply relax in the sauna, this is a wonderful opportunity to slow down and enjoy the moment. 🧘 Yoga & Meditation Following the sauna, we’ll head indoors for a relaxing yoga and meditation session. Enjoy gentle movement, stretching and guided meditation in a welcoming studio environment. Suitable for all abilities, including complete beginners, this session offers the perfect balance to our energising start to the day. 🍽️ Lunch & Social We’ll finish our experience by coming together for a relaxed lunch. A chance to enjoy lunch, share stories from the morning, get to know your fellow guests and round off the experience on a high. After all, some of the best moments happen when people come together! 💙 Who Is Seaside Reset For? Everyone!
