What to Expect This 45-minute Yoga Flow is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice set to upbeat music—energising, exciting, and suitable for all levels. Using super comfy silent disco headphones, you’ll enjoy a perfectly curated playlist and crystal-clear guidance from your teacher, free from outside distractions. You'll leave feeling invigorated, uplifted, and lighter than ever. Sunset Session is often followed by a community sea dip and Ibiza tunes silent disco with live DJ. Good to Know 🧘 Bring your own yoga mat ⚕️ Inform your teacher of any medical conditions or injuries before class 🌦️ Weather-dependent: If rain forces a cancellation, your ticket rolls over to the next available session (you'll receive an email the night before) 📷 Photos may be taken during class—by attending, you agree to be part of them Please allow at least 10minutes before the class to park your car, it gets busy!
