Reflect & Release: Creating Space For Your Next Career Chapter

A supportive guided session combining gentle movement, coaching and Reiki to help you step out of feeling stuck and start finding your flow. This is a supportive session guided by Rose Victoria, Holistic Career Coach, and group Reiki with Victoria from Sweet Body and Soul designed to help you step out of feeling stuck and start finding your flow again - all to music. There is no pressure to speak or share, just an invitation to be. Through gentle movement, energising grounding practices, coaching, and a deeply restorative Reiki closing, you’ll create space to re-connect with your intuition and clarify your first small, aligned step. This is for you if you’re: • Ready for a career change, but unsure which direction to take? • Ready to move from feeling scattered to more grounded and purposeful, even in a full and busy life. • Are returning to work after a season of rest, transition or growth. • Beginning to sense new ideas or directions and feeling curious about where they might lead. • Ready to bridge the gap. Get the support you need to pinpoint the small step that you can take to change "what's next" into a reality. What you'll experience: Energising Grounding Practice Gentle movements to anchor you in the present moment and create space for clarity. Release A reflective process to gently let go of tension and of what feels heavy or stagnant. What beliefs, commitments or old identities are you ready to leave behind? Planting the Seed – Setting Intentions Set your intentions that truly support you. Closing Integration & Reiki We'll transition into a guided meditation and group Reiki with Victoria from Sweet Body & Soul. This is the time for all the insights and intentions from our coaching work to settle in and integrate.
