A gently facilitated conversation designed to help everyone feel welcomed, seen and connected before we move into the morning's workshop. 10.30–10.45 Break. 10.45–11.130 Shadow Theatre Workshop : Jote Prakash Singh Each breakfast welcomes a guest speaker who shares practical tools, insights and experiences to support your wellbeing, your work, and your business. 11.30–12.00 Optional networking and final conversations. Stay Connected Beyond the Breakfast The conversations don't end when the morning finishes. Once you've attended your first breakfast, you'll be invited to join our private WhatsApp community, where members continue supporting one another between events. Shadow Theatre Workshop with Jote Prakash What happens to the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide, judge or push away? In this experiential workshop, Jote Prakash will introduce us to shadow work through his Inspiro circle practice, exploring the parts of ourselves that may sit outside our conscious awareness, and how meeting them with curiosity can create greater self-understanding and relational awareness. Through circle work, reflection, authentic expression and playful exploration, we’ll notice the qualities we struggle to accept in ourselves and the reactions that can arise when we encounter them in others. For those of us who regularly support or hold space for other people, this is also an invitation to turn some of that awareness inward. Expect a balance of depth, sacred play and genuine human connection. Event Host Erica Marmai Erica Marmai is a Relationship Coach, Relational Wellbeing Educator, and Holistic Body Therapist with a mission to help people build healthier relationships—with themselves, their partners, and the communities around them. Believing that many of our personal and mental health struggles are rooted in the quality of our relationships, Erica combines relational education, nervous system awareness, and embodied practices to help individuals and communities move from disconnection towards trust, collaboration and authentic connection. His work brings together circle practice, embodiment, meditation, breathwork and relational process, with a strong focus on authenticity, self-awareness and personal responsibility. dandelion.events At our next Transform Within, Transform Together Breakfast Network, Jote will offer an introduction to shadow work, inspired by his Inspiro circle practice. He’ll invite us to gently explore the parts of ourselves we may hide, suppress or struggle to acknowledge — and how becoming more aware of those parts can deepen the way we relate, lead and support others.
