Step out of your comfort zone with breathwork, a sea dip & coffee. A wholesome morning to boost confidence, connect & try something new. Confident Breathing is a morning on the beach with Middle Kid Club x Introscape Breathwork, created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and step a little outside your comfort zone. 🌊🌬️ We’ll start with a beginner-friendly guided breathwork session, using simple, intentional techniques to help you settle, connect with your body and explore what your breath can open up for you. No previous experience needed, just bring your whole, honest self and an open mind. After the breathwork, you’ll have the option to take the plunge with a refreshing sea swim - a chance to challenge yourself, embrace the elements and do something that feels slightly outside your usual routine. We’ll then head for a coffee and community chat, giving everyone a chance to warm up, connect and share the morning together. The idea is simple: try something new, get out of your comfort zone and leave feeling a little more confident, connected and energised.
