Join us for a social workout with fellow Brighton-based dads, followed by a coffee and chat afterwards! Join us for a Brighton Dads workout 💪! Enjoy a social workout with some fellow Brighton-based dads, followed by a quick coffee at a local coffee shop! Meet at 6:50am, workout 7-8am, coffee 8-9am (latest). Head through the front door, down the stairs and Sam will meet you there. Feel free to come to all or just part of the event!
