M SEYBOLD I attended Emma's confidence workshop today and really enjoyed it! I was nervous at first but she really put us at ease and it felt like a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and a safe place to share! She asked us some questions that we wrote the answers to in out notebooks in regards to personal challenges and future goals -it was great to brainstorm and figure out where we need to focus in on our lives. I now feel like I have a plan going forward to live my best life! Thank you Emma for bringing us all together and sharing your wisdom! I hope there is another meeting soon
