Floating Sound Bath Experience Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your session to allow plenty of time to settle in and get comfortable. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can fully relax in. You will be lying on floating beds throughout the experience, so you will not get wet and there is no need for swimwear. As you will be lying on your back for the duration of the session, we recommend avoiding large hair accessories such as claw clips, bulky hairbands, or anything else that may feel uncomfortable against your head. If you have long hair, a low ponytail or loose style is usually most comfortable. To help create a calm and peaceful atmosphere for everyone, please ensure your mobile phone is switched to silent before the session begins. Once you’re settled on your floating bed, there is nothing you need to do and nothing expected of you. This hour is dedicated entirely to you. A chance to step away from the demands of everyday life, relax, unwind, and simply enjoy the soothing sounds and gentle sensation of floating. Many people find the experience deeply calming and restorative, while others simply enjoy the opportunity to rest quietly. There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Just get comfortable, breathe naturally, and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment. Safety Information * This experience is for adults aged 18 and over only. * Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. * Unfortunately, for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate guests who are pregnant or who have epilepsy, severe vertigo, or certain heart conditions. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us before booking. * If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. * Mobile phones must be switched to silent during the session. * Please avoid wearing claw clips or bulky hair accessories, as you will be lying on your back. * Remain on your floating bed throughout the session unless instructed otherwise. * Follow any guidance given by the instructors at all times. * If at any point you feel uncomfortable or wish to leave the session, please let a member of staff know. * Participants attend at their own risk.
