Rest & Restore — 2-Hour Sunday Experience A gentle Sunday reset for your body, mind and nervous system. Give yourself two hours to slow down, switch off and simply be. Rest & Restore combines gentle somatic yoga movement, calming breathwork, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and a deeply relaxing Reiki infused Crystal bowl and Gong sound bath. There is no pressure to stretch, achieve or perform — everything is slow, gentle and designed to help you settle into a state of deep rest. We'll finish with a warm cup of tea and a little time to gently come back into the world, so you can leave feeling rested, grounded and restored.
