No previous experience needed — just a little curiosity and the pleasure of discovering something new. 12:00–13:30 | Chinese Language & Culture Taster An interactive introduction exploring imagined China and everyday life through a playful quiz, Mandarin tones and greetings, and the stories and meanings behind Chinese characters. Try writing a few characters yourself. 13:30–14:00 | Tea Break Enjoy tea, coffee, Chinese treats and conversation. 14:00–17:00 | Chinese Stencil-Printing Workshop Explore a contemporary approach inspired by Chinese stencil-printing traditions. Design and print your own textile artwork, with the materials provided, and take your finished piece home.
