👣 A mindful walk through Ashton Court 🌳 This ticket is your moment to slow down, observe this beautiful slice of nature that Bristol has to offer, and connect with like-minded people in a genuine way. How it will unfold We'll meet at the Courtyard Cafe at Ashton Court where we will switch off our phones and take a conversation prompt. We'll set off together for this first social part of the walk, getting to know each other as we enjoy what Ashton Court Estate has to offer. Reaching the woodland, we will hand out mindfulness prompts and you will enjoy a guided silent walk for thirty minutes. We will then complete the loop - relaxed, open and full of conversation.
