In Session 3 we'll explore: Dyslexia in mainstream schools and knowing your rights, Communicating with school, Helping with Homework. -> Contact me if payment for this event is tricky for you. HELP! My Child is Dyslexic (I think?) Session 3: School - Communication and Homework Join me for this in-person session designed for parents navigating the challenges of dyslexia in the school environment. This session offers guidance on how to effectively support your child’s educational journey and collaborate with school to ensure appropriate accommodations and understanding. In this session we will explore: • Knowing your child’s rights • Dyslexia in mainstream schools • Communicating and negotiating with school • Helping with homework: do’s and don’ts This session is suitable for parents/carers of children of all ages. Trainer: Laetitia Tempelman, a Specialist Dyslexia Teacher and parent of two dyslexic children. ** To sign up for all 4 sessions and save £10, look for 'HELP!
