We are excited to welcome back Louise Pode to store for SKI FOR LIFE™, a 90 minute interactive Masterclass with Ski Mindset Coach Louise Pode and Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon Sven Putnis. This is the session for you if you want to: • Feel stronger on the mountain • Understand how to look after your body • Build confidence after setbacks • Ensure you're still enjoying your skiing into your 70’s and beyond! Drawing on their combined expertise, Lou and Sven explore what enables us to keep skiing throughout our lives, using the four pillars of their Ski for Life™ SKIS™ framework: S: Strength Build and maintain the strength, fitness and balance your body needs to keep skiing well. K: Knowledge Understand how your body changes, how to recover well and how to adapt your skiing as your needs change. I: Inner Confidence Develop the mindset and confidence to manage fear, trust yourself and ski with freedom. S: Support Build the right environment around you to support your skiing. Drawing on Sven's expertise in orthopaedic and ski injury and Lou's expertise in ski mindset, coaching and physiotherapy, they'll explore what can change as we ski through life and, more importantly, what we can do about it.
