Everything is offered as an invitation rather than an instruction, creating space for curiosity, autonomy and exploration. With options and modifications offered throughout, her classes are designed to feel inclusive. Hayley’s intention is for everyone to feel welcome, supported, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
