A guided mindful nature walk superpowered by an introduction to using essential oils to support our energy and emotions. This AromaNature walk will introduce you to the powerful ways the essential oils can be used for our nervous system, and further support many other health issues. We'll wander for an hour around the trees and lakes, stopping at various points to experience a range of essential oils aromatically. You'll experience first-hand how these oils can shift our energy and emotions, and be introduced to the theory of Aromatic Anchoring. Walking in nature reduces stress, and essential oils have the benefit of locking in this feeling so you can access it even more powerfully at another time in the day... that may need stress-reduction!
