AUTUMN EQUINOX Creative Wellbeing Workshop & Sound Bath

Take some time for yourself this Autumn Equinox. Create your own Resource Mandala, then lie back and relax into an immersive Sound Bath. Why creativity + sound? Creative activities can give us another way to explore thoughts and emotions — especially when words aren’t quite enough. Research on arts and health suggests that engaging in creative activities may support wellbeing, emotional expression and stress management. Sound-based relaxation is an emerging area of research. Studies of singing bowl meditation have reported improvements in participants’ self-reported tension, mood and feelings of wellbeing after sessions, although the evidence is still developing. In this workshop, we bring the two experiences together in a simple sequence: Create → Notice → Rest First, the Resource Mandala gives you space to explore what supports you. Then the Sound Bath gives you time to stop doing, settle into your body and simply listen. This workshop is designed as a wellbeing and self-exploration experience, not as medical or psychological treatment.
