Creative Mondays with Laura: Hand block printed Christmas cards

Hand block print Christmas cards with local artist Laura Matine. Leave with ten handmade cards to send. This year, send Christmas cards you made yourself. Join local artist Laura Matine of Cambridge Creative Corner for a cosy festive workshop. You'll design your own Christmas card, make it into a printing block and hand print a small run to share with friends and family. Laura will guide you through traditional block printing techniques and show you how to print by hand. Keep it simple with a robin or a sprig of holly, or try something more ambitious. Then play with colour and layout as you print your set. It's a relaxed, sociable evening. Plenty of time to share ideas, admire each other's designs and maybe even swap a card or two. You'll leave with ten hand block printed Christmas cards, ready to send. What to know • Adults only • No experience needed.
