Let's Write A Christmas Song Together

We'll begin with a blank page and a Christmas theme. Two hours later, we'll have written a song together. What if a room full of strangers could create a song that didn't exist at the start of the session? Join us for a playful, collaborative songwriting session where we'll turn stories, memories, half-formed ideas and festive mischief into a brand new Christmas song. No musical experience required! You don't need to sing, play an instrument or know anything about songwriting. If you've ever enjoyed music, you're already qualified. Through a series of guided activities, we'll gather ideas, shape lyrics and watch as a song emerges from the imagination of the room. This is all about about discovering the magic that can happen when people create something new together. By the end of the evening, we'll have a song that belongs to everyone in the room. What to expect Expect laughter, unexpected connections and the satisfaction of creating something that wasn't there when you arrived. Oh, and tea and biscuits, too. You'll leave with a new Christmas song created by the people in the room that evening. After the session, you'll receive a copy of the finished lyrics and a recording of the song to take away (taking part in the recording is entirely optional). Come and help write this year's band new Christmas song.
