Sunday, 18th October 2026 (or) Sunday, 1st November 2026 What to expect on the day: • Welcome and refreshments • The beginning of a grounding and powerful Qigong exercise • Time to connect witn yourself over refreshments • Nutrious lunch at the restaurant • Continuity of effective techniques to boost your vitality, reduce stress levels and treat or prevent insomnia, depression or anxiety, combining ancient routines of therapeutic movement, breathing exercises, aromatherapy and sound bath therapy. • Let all the work find its place in our sauna, pool, or steam room; your choice. We recommend to wear comfortable clothes for the Qigong practice, bring your own yoga mat, and swimming clothes and a towel if you want to enjoy the pool, sauna and steam room.
