Learn lifesaving CPR skills hands-on and be ready to help in emergencies! Get Ready to Save a Life! Kennington Council, with support from Kent Fire and Rescue, is hosting a free, in-person CPR training session. Learn essential lifesaving skills in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or simply need a refresher, this session will give you the knowledge and confidence to act when every second counts. What You'll Learn • How to perform CPR • What to do if someone stops breathing • How to use a defibrillator (AED) • What to do during the crucial first few minutes of a medical emergency Why Come Along? • Build confidence in an emergency • Learn skills that could save a friend, neighbour or family member • Meet others from your local community • Give just a little of your time to gain knowledge that could last a lifetime Book Your Free Place Now!
