During the event you will go for a gentle guided walk around the reserve and have the opportunity to try elements of forest bathing practices. This event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team. Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
