National tree week walk at Clowes wood

Join us on a free guided walk around Clowes wood in celebration of National tree week. Join Birdwise East Kent on a special walk around a new guided walk location. In celebration of National tree week we will be walking around the woodland identifying both native and non native trees along the way. We of course will be looking out for woodland birds and any interesting woodland wildlife such as mushrooms, plants and mammal species. Meet at Clowes wood car park at the entrance to the woodland, where you should see your two rangers ready and raring to go. Please note- the clowes wood car park is now a chargeable car park so please pay for parking. Please wear weather appropriate clothing for the day, it may be muddy so trainers/ boots may be advised.
