Dance in the Dark for the Full 'Hunters' Moon with Move in Nature

Join us and move/walk/dance mindfully to a seasonal playlist under the light of the Moon, connected to the nature around us. Join us under the Full 'Hunters' Moon. Using silent disco headsets we walk/move/ dance mindfully to a specially curated playlist. It's a unique opportunity to reconnect with yourself, nature, the seasons, the environment around us and of course the moons natural cycles We meet at the Parc Penallta main car park off Penallta Road, Ystrad Mynach where you will be given your own headset and LED torch to accompany you on this guided walk. The walk is a slow paced easy walk on grass or gravel with some slight inclines and occasionally some steps going up (but never down). Come ready to collect your headset and torch and be ready to start at 7.30pm. The sessions are suitable for adults and accompanied children 12 and over. We do not allow dogs at the event.
