Sixty minutes to slow down and reset. Forty minutes of gentle Qigong movement, then 20 minutes of guided meditation and a herbal tea. Book onto our eight week Qi Flow course for £120. Join us every Thursday at 6:30pm here at Laguna Health & Spa for eight classes, giving you a proper weekly pause to switch off, move with intention and leave feeling lighter. Starting from Thursday 15th October to Thursday 3rd December.
