Breathe. Move. Feel Alive

Move your body, shift your energy and reconnect with yourself! Move your body. Shift your energy. Reconnect with yourself. Breathe · Move · Come Alive is a 90-minute movement and breath workshop. It's an invitation to get out of your head, into your body and shift your energy. We'll begin with breath, gradually build into free movement and music, and finish with a guided breath practice. As you move, breathe and let yourself respond to the music, you may notice a shift in your energy. Perhaps feeling more open, energised, grounded, relaxed or simply more connected to yourself. There’s no particular state you need to reach and no expectation of how you should feel. It’s simply a space to explore, release, play and see what comes up for you. Theres no need to have dance and breathwork experience. Just come as you are, wear some comfy clothes and bring a big bottle of water. Can't wait to see you there.
