FUTURE SELF IMMERSION

A chance to pause, reconnect with yourself through somatic practice, journalling and visualisation while opening up to new possibilities. Have you been feeling the pull to make more time for yourself? To slow down, reconnect, and give a little more space to the person you're becoming? Perhaps you've been dreaming about what's next, imagining what's possible, or simply feeling that there's more you want to explore within yourself. Future Self Immersion is an invitation to pause, turn inward and spend intentional time with yourself and your future self. Through somatic practice, journalling and guided visualisation, we'll create space to reconnect with what matters to you, explore what you're drawn towards, and give yourself permission to imagine what could be - alongside others who feel that same pull AGENDA: • Welcome and rose tea • Somatic practice to let go and energise • Guided journalling • Future self visualisation • Connection and sharing (optional!) WHAT TO BRING: • Notebook & Pen (I will have spares so no worries if you forget!) • Water (also available at venure)
