The journey starts here… Functional movement, joint mechanics, and how to keep every body safe on the mat. Anatomy & Alignment The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, ethics, and the lineage you're becoming part of. Philosophy & History How to build a class that has a beginning, an arc, and a reason for existing. Sequencing & theming In-person practice giving and receiving adjustments, with real feedback in the room. Hands-on adjustments Breath and stillness practices you'll be confident guiding others through.
