Year 5 Transition Training Session delivered by SENDIASS

This session is in collaboration with SENDIASS to talk about transition to secondary school for those who have children in Year 5. Come and find out about the transition process for your child going to Secondary school. Do you have a child who will be in year 5 from September 2026 who is on the graduated pathway/ has an EHCP? This session with cover transition to secondary school – for both children who are on SEN support and for those with EHC Plans. - What to look for when selecting a school, - Questions to ask on an open evening - Home to school transport as some parents might make a different selection based on whether or not transport is likely to be provided. There will also be an opportunity for questions and answers.
