A Grounding Autumn Sound Bath

If you’ve been feeling tired, overstimulated or simply in need of some time to switch off, this is your invitation to pause. Join us for a deeply relaxing autumn sound bath - to slow down, reconnect and give yourself some space to simply be. An evening devoted to dissolving into rest, allowing you to withdraw safely from the chaos of Life whilst taking yourself away and into your own internal landscape. Allowing your mind to relax and letting the body dissolve into a void of stillness and peace. Have you booked your space yet? We're looking forward to welcoming you.
