Join us for a day devoted to women, celebrating the arrival of spring and the mothers and nurturers in our lives. Awaken & Bloom is a gentle, restorative retreat where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be surrounded by a warm community of women. The day begins with a Pilates session to ease the body and awaken the senses, leaving you feeling grounded, open and energised. Later, you’ll create something truly personal in our fragrance workshop, blending scents inspired by the season to take home as a keepsake. Spring’s beauty comes to life in our floral experience, where you’ll arrange fresh seasonal blooms in a relaxed, creative setting. Throughout the day, we’ll pause for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a moment to breathe, reflect and share intentions in good company, as well as nourishing food and snacks! As a special Mother’s Day celebration, we’ll honour the mothers, daughters, sisters and friends who shape our lives, with moments of gratitude and connection woven throughout. Above all, this is a day of community and lots of love: a chance to laugh, relax, make new friends and leave feeling refreshed, nourished and ready to bloom. Come as you are. Leave glowing.
