It wouldn’t be Christmas without a visit from Santa! Breakfast with Santa at Aldingbourne Country Centre This festive season, Santa is taking a break from preparing presents at the North Pole to join families for a special Breakfast with Santa at Aldingbourne Country Centre. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, meet Santa as he visits each table, and receive a special Christmas gift. Ticket Prices Children £15.00 per child, including: • Choice of 3 breakfast options • Unlimited milk or squash • Meet Santa as he visits the café • A Christmas gift from Santa (Christmas-themed storybook) Adults Light Bite Breakfast option £9.50 per adult, including: • Choice of 3 lighter breakfast options • Pot of tea or regular filtered coffee Adult Breakfast Option: £12.50 • Eggs Benedict or Full English Breakfast • Pot of tea or regular filtered coffee What's Included? All ticket prices include: • Breakfast and beverage • Meet and greet with Santa • Christmas gift for children • Entry to the Country Centre and Open Farm Important Booking Information Santa is very busy during the festive season, so early booking is essential. Food Orders All food must be pre-ordered at the time of booking. Adult Tickets • Maximum of 4 adults per booking. • Every booking must include at least 1 full-paying adult. Child Tickets • Every booking must include at least 1 full-paying child. • A full-paying child is one purchasing the complete children's breakfast package. • Babies under 1 year old do not count as the required full-paying child. • All children attending must have a ticket, except additional babies under 1 year old. Babies Under 1 Year • A gift-only option is available for babies/children under 1 year old. • This option is only available when attending with an older full-paying child. Annual Members Please note: • This is a special paid event and is not included in annual membership subscriptions. • All guests attending the event must purchase a ticket. • Guests who have not purchased a Breakfast with Santa ticket will be charged the normal Country Centre admission fee. Arrival Information Upon arrival, please make your way to the Café on the first floor (accessible by stairs or lift). Our Head Elf will: • Check you in • Provide entry wristbands • Issue children's name stickers to help Santa remember everyone's name Seating Requests and Highchairs If you: • Would like to sit with another booking/group, or • Require a highchair Please contact our Head Elf at [email protected]. Please note that requests cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Café Access for Non-Ticket Holders Guests wishing to use the café without purchasing a Breakfast with Santa ticket will be directed to the Quarry Room, which will operate as a pop-up café, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. • 8 to 14 Days Before Your Booking: No cancellation fee will be charged. • 7 Days or Less Before Your Booking: 100% of the booking cost will be charged, as food and gifts will have already been ordered. To cancel your booking, please email: [email protected] Terms and Conditions As Aldingbourne is a social care setting, there may be occasions where bookings need to be cancelled at short notice due to changes in government restrictions. If the event is cancelled by Aldingbourne: • A full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that do not comply with the following conditions: • Maximum of 4 adults per booking. • At least 1 paying adult must attend and supervise the child(ren). • At least 1 full-paying child must attend the breakfast. • Annual memberships do not cover this event and all attendees must purchase a ticket.
