Free Winter Park Yoga

Support your wellbeing with our free winter yoga series. As the summer Park Yoga season comes to an end, we're inviting you to keep the flow going with monthly winter sessions in our lovely Casson Room. Whether you're returning from Park Yoga or joining for the first time, these accessible sessions are a great way to maintain healthy habits, meet new people and support your wellbeing through the autumn and winter months. Winter Park Yoga is free to attend, but please make sure to book via the Eventbrite link as spaces are limited. Everyone is welcome, regardless of age, background or ability. Simply grab a mat or blanket and come and join the group. What you need to know: • Winter Park Yoga will be taking in the Visitor Centre. • Booking is essential. • Sessions take place once a month on Sunday mornings at 9.30am. Please note we won't be running a session in December as Santa takes over the Casson Room for his annual grotto! • Please bring water, your own yoga mat or a towel/blanket and wear comfortable clothes. • Parking charges apply at all times.
