I Am Woman: A Retreat Day for Coming Home to Yourself

A nourishing day of body wisdom, creativity and aqua flow in the Arundel countryside, for women ready to reconnect with themselves. When was the last time you gave a whole day to yourself? So many of us spend our lives holding everything together for everyone else, and somewhere along the way we lose touch with who we are underneath it all. I Am Woman is a day to put that down for a while and come home to yourself, in a small, warm group of women in the beautiful countryside just outside Arundel. Hosted by Dom Flower Ribeiro of Come Tribe With Me, an identity and emotional healing coach, and Claire Gray of Thrive Retreats, the day weaves together movement, creativity, nourishing food and time to simply be. Your day includes: • Body wisdom session with Dom: gentle, grounded practices to help you tune into what your body has been trying to tell you, and begin trusting yourself again • Art session with Claire: a relaxed, creative session in the art studio.
