Join us for another It’s Run By Kids - a fun, flexible one-hour community running session for children aged 2–12. ItsRunByKids is a FREE, fun and inclusive running and play session for local children and we are hosting it at King George V Field, Felpham 🏃♀️🎉 We bring back the old-school playground games — chasing, racing, silly games, teamwork and just having fun being a kid! We gently introduce running alongside games that help build confidence, self-esteem, resilience and positive mental wellbeing. There’s absolutely no pressure to be the fastest or run the furthest. Children can join in at their own pace, take breaks whenever they need, or simply watch until they feel comfortable. Our aim is to create something positive for local children and families in the Bognor Regis community, where every child feels welcome and cost is never a barrier. ✨ Sessions are completely FREE, with an optional donation if you wish. We ask that parents / carers stay with their child and they are welcome to join in if they wish.
