A One-Day Coaching Retreat for Headteachers

A whole day away from the operational noise of school, created specifically for headteachers who need space to think. Your place includes: • the full facilitated coaching day • professional group coaching • your Leadership Balance Map and 90-Day Action Plan • all coaching and creative materials • refreshments throughout the day • lunch • protected space to focus entirely on you and your leadership Optional extras: Overnight accommodation and spa treatments can be booked separately with the hotel at your own cost. Throughout the day, there will be space not only for coaching and reflection, but also for an unhurried lunch and time to step outside, walk or simply be. We've deliberately chosen a venue that feels like a genuine step away from school. Set within beautiful grounds, New Hall Hotel & Spa provides the surroundings to slow down, create some distance from the day-to-day and give yourself permission to think. Places are deliberately limited to keep the group small enough for meaningful, confidential coaching conversations. A full day with no operational demands and no one needing any answers from you. Just the space to step back, take stock and decide what comes next.
