This course provides an oversight into the roles and responsibilities of an early years Committee. Committee Roles & Responsibilities Workshop For: Pre-School Committee Members and Leaders Live Training date: Wednesday 4 November, 6:00pm - 7:30pm Venue : Parkhouse, Stamford Street, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8DL Course aims and objectives: This course is to give an oversight of what a Committee does and includes; • The legal obligations of Committee Members • Leader and Chair’s role and relationship • Supervision and appraisal of the Leader • Ofsted issues with committee run settings • Planning the implementation of 30 hours free childcare and setting business planning targets Due to a high volume of ticket holders not attending we have now implemented a refundable £10 event booking fee. If you attend the event we will return the £10 you paid at the point of booking. Unfortunately if you do not attend you will forfeit the £10.
