I will hold a sharing space on connecting with motherhood, where every experience is welcomed and will be held. I’ll lead a guided meditation on building and reconnecting with the sacred bond that ties us to our kin. We’ll share cacao and some home baked treats to nourish us. There will be a chance to give and receive restorative touch such as arm and hand massage for those that wish to do so. As well as some reflective time to explore how we want to raise and relate to our babes as they grow. Francesca plans to hold a fun and creative circle for the young ones who wish to join her. There will be hot chocolate, colouring and journaling, paints and songs. I work heavily with neurodivergent clients and families. This will be an inclusive and affirming space. Everyone is welcome here. Our focus will be on soothing our nervous systems, giving time and space for ourselves and each other. And holding sacred the bond we share with our great loves. We will lead with self acceptance, radical empathy and compassion for ourselves and those we hold close. We recognise being a mother comes in so many forms, and with it comes grief, loss, and heartache, these elements of motherhood will be held with reverence, they will not be silenced or minimised.
