Today, as a qualified Hypnotherapist and Emotional Release Coach, she helps people understand the hidden operating system behind their thoughts, emotions and behaviour: the nervous system. In this practical and engaging session, Jackie will share simple techniques to help you recognise when you're running on stress, understand what's happening in your brain and body, and learn how to return to a calmer, more resourceful state quickly and effectively. Recent breakfasts have included tasty treats such as protein balls, carrot cake overnight oats, matcha tea, cold-brew coffee, delicious sourdough with tahini and Cafe Desa's own recipe granola and yogurt. If this doesn't sound like your usual breakfast menu, come along and have a taste and discover some new favourites! Join us at 9am for networking and breakfast, Jackie will be speaking from 9.30am and we'll round off the session with a further opportunity to network and enjoy more delicious food and ask any questions you may have. Please note this event will be held on our top floor which involves climbing 8 flights of stairs - we have no access to lifts. We have a minimal charge to attend which will be donated to our chosen charity for 2026 - Pawprints Dog Rescue.
