Ashbourne community soundbath

Relax, unwind and reconnect at Ashbourne Community Sound Bath—a calming journey with gongs, singing bowls and shamanic drum. Ashbourne Community Shamanic Sound Bath Step away from the noise of everyday life and join Andrew Elson of Shaman’s Rest for a deeply relaxing community sound bath in the beautiful Ballroom at Ashbourne Town Hall. Andrew will guide you through a gentle meditation and immersive sound journey using shamanic drums, gongs, singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. The changing sounds and vibrations may help you relax, quieten the mind and reconnect with yourself. No previous meditation or sound-bath experience is needed. Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds to carry you on your own personal journey.
