Join our West Bridgford Social Prescribing Community Hub for sessions and information on health, wellbeing and social connections. Art Journaling for Wellbeing In this session, we will be looking at the prompt ’My Inspirations’. We will draw the things that motivate us daily, such as nature, food, art, music, and relationships. The sessions are designed to be fun; the emphasis is on your enjoyment rather than artistic outcomes, although you will practice using different media and develop your own style. Art journals are not intended to be perfect; instead, they serve as a space for exploration, learning, enjoyment, reflection, and spontaneity. The journaling journey never ends. The most important prerequisite is not experience; it is a mindset of permission – you give yourself permission to play and explore. All materials provided. Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability.
