Let's Recharge: Calming Breath

You’ll be guided through a range of gentle breathing exercises that you can use in everyday life to support relaxation and manage moments of stress or overwhelm. The session is suitable for all abilities, and no previous experience is needed. Come along, take some time for yourself and discover how your breath can help you find a little more calm. Chairs will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied. Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability. Your contribution enables us to continue providing a diverse range of wellbeing activities for the community - thank you for making this possible! We want our sessions to be accessible to everyone.
