Each session includes a guided meditation or visualisation followed by Reiki, but no two gatherings are quite the same. The people who arrive help shape the energy of the evening: some have been lively, chatty and uplifting; others quiet, still and deeply reflective. There is nothing you need to do, share, achieve or even feel. Lena works with a simple philosophy: come as you are. She holds the space for whoever arrives and allows the session to unfold naturally from there. Come as you are.
