Move, Sing & Be Merry

Warm up with movement and sing Christmas carols with Heather McLellan & Julia Langley, then spread cheer at the local Christmas market! Move, Sing & Be Merry is a festive, in-person morning workshop. Love Christmas? Love singing? Then this is for you! Join local physiotherapist Heather McLellan and former Cirque du Soleil singer and now professional singing coach Julia Langley for movement, music and Christmas cheer. We will be based at the lovely Coach House Studios in Wirksworth, Derbyshire. We'll begin with 30 minutes of gentle, guided movement with Heather to help loosen up, release tension, and get our bodies feeling good. Then Julia will lead us through a morning of singing traditional Christmas carols and some of our favourite festive songs. • Move: Warm up your body and get ready to sing. • Sing: Enjoy traditional Christmas carols and festive favorites. No singing experience is necessary—choir regulars and shower superstars are all welcome. • Be merry: Head to the local Christmas market to spread holiday cheer with a little caroling. Come on your own, bring a friend, or make it a festive outing with someone you love.
