Join us for a relaxing evening of reflection,introspection and inner expansion to honour international peace day. Join us for a guided silent walk, with silent reflections posted along the route followed by relaxation & meditation at the pond area and tuning in with Nature. Evening concludes with cuppa soup & bread. Please bring with you: *Appropriate footwear *Warm & weather proof clothing *Cup for soup *Blanket *Torch This event will go ahead weather permitting IMPORTANT - The path is easy walking but uneven ground
