Kirkcaldy Town Centre and Waterfront Regeneration Colin Miller will provide an update on the latest regeneration proposals for Kirkcaldy town centre and waterfront, including plans to support investment, improve the town centre and bring vacant buildings back into use. Guest Speaker – Darren Clark We're delighted to welcome Darren Clark, an experienced property investor who also runs the Inverted Diamond Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy on the first floor of 149 High Street, Kirkcaldy. Darren will share his experience of property investment, the story behind establishing his business in Kirkcaldy High Street, and his thoughts on the opportunities and challenges of bringing town centre properties back into use. Second Guest Speaker We'll be announcing details of our second guest speaker soon, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for further information! As always, there will be plenty of opportunities to meet other local property professionals, exchange ideas, make new contacts and hear what's happening in the local property Whether you're an experienced investor, just getting started or simply interested in Kirkcaldy's future, we'd love to see you there.
